Beste Affiliate / Dear Affiliate,

(for english see below)

Overzicht Gedragscode wijzigingen

-          Artikel 5 inzake contact informatie

MCB technische ondersteuning

Overview Code of Conduct changes

As of march, 1 the new Code of Conduct Mobile Internet Services has been effectuated. Per April, 1, 2013 the CoC needs to be implemented.

For content providers a few rules have been changed or emphasized. We ask specific attention for Article 5 about contact information and Article 14 and 15 about the use of Nicam symbols.

For other issues relating to screens hosted by us we can confirm that we implemented all rules described in article 14, 15 and 16.

Informative SMS messages have changed. We will take care that all mandatory SMS messages will be sent as described in article 14.7, 16.3, 16,4 and 16.5.

Wifi identification and SMS fallback

For users that use Wifi and are not able to be identified and thus cannot engage in a regular MCB transaction we offer an alternative identification option. Users can be identified by filling in their mobile number on a screen, receiving a normal SMS with a link that leads to the regular MCB order screen.

On request of the “Loket” we do not offer a specific premium SMS order screen any more. Users can always engage in a transaction using the regular MCB order screen. If you do not want end users to be billed by Premium SMS you can indicate this in your service configuration.

If you do not want the user to be billed by premium SMS you can indicate this in your service configuration. (The options for budget and plus methods are now obsolete).

With kind regards,

MCB technical support
